Mary Lothrop ...specializes in executive and life coaching, leadership development and HR management consulting. Before co-founding HRLink, she directed the HR generalist function for the consumer products division of Beatrice Cos. She holds a BA degree from DePaul Univ.
Nora McCarthy, SPHR ...specializes in on-site HR management, compensation, benefits, policy/handbook development, recruiting, and EEO/AAP. Most recently she held the position of VP HR for Tuthill Corporation. Before co-founding HRLink, she held senior management positions with Applied Learning and E-II/Beatrice Companies. She holds a BS degree from the U of IL.
Lynne Peters ...specializes in analysis and design of reward systems. As an independent consultant, she has directed the HR functions of the Lyric Opera, Jel Sert Corporation and AXA Assistance. Previously she was a managing consultant at Hewitt Assoc. She holds an MS degree in HR Management from Loyola University and has taught HR courses at the graduate level.
